On October 8th, our Treatment Coordinator Marina tied the knot with the love of her life, Paul! Congratulations to the newly weds, we wish them both the best and a happy life together!



Dr. Kapur and the team at Maple Dental Office and Mapleview Dental are very excited to announce the addition of Dr. Karen Baird to their dental team.

While she grew up in Kitchener and completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Indiana University School of Dentistry, she was born in Burlington and is looking forward to returning to the community.

Dr. Joshi is on Maternity Leave!

Congratulations to Dr. Joshi who is expecting a baby in the Spring and will be taking early maternity leave.

Dr. Vargis and Dr. Baird will be caring for her patients until her return in the Summer 2012.

Rob and Flo welcomed Baby Valencia on July 4, 2011 at 7:09 pm, weighing 6 lbs. 15 oz.

Flo is enjoying every moment of her time at home with Valencia and already Valencia's favourite activities include shopping and playing dress up.
Her little smile lights up the room.

Dr. Kapur and the team at Maple and Mapleview Dental are very excited to announce the new addition of Dr. Ajit Vargis to their dental team.

Dr. Ajit Vargis has been practicing dentistry since 1996. He graduated from KMC ,College of Dentistry,India and received his BDS in 1990. He then came to New York University, NY, USA and completed a 3 year advanced standing program and received his DDS in 1996.
He had worked in New Jersey for 2 years before being recruited to work in a growing dental practice in Kingston, Ontario. Dr. Vargis owned his own practices since 1998 in Kingston, Ontario. To be closer to family Dr. Vargis decided to make the move to GTA in 2008 and has settled in Oakville with his wife and two children.

The hockey season is now upon us and we will be holding a sports guard clinic in November for that athlete that is looking to have a customized sports guard made.

The mouthguard clinic will take place on Saturday Nov 28th at the Mapleview Mall office from 1pm - 4pm. The cost will be $55.00. Please call early to pre-book an appointment time!

Summer 2009

Congratulations to the Maple Dental Office Girls Soccer team ...The Fightan' Titans!

They finished a great season with a final record of 10 wins and 4 losses. They had 62 goals for and 31 against ...Plus a lot of fun and many laughs.. Way to go Titans!

On June 6th, we had the honor of watching our sweet little Florence wed the man of her dreams.

We danced and laughed and in true Italian fashion had an amazing dinner.

Love is in the air at Dr. Kapur's office for periodontal therapist Florence Pierrera! On April 19th Florence celebrated her "Pink Carpet" themed bridal shower. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch followed by an award ceremony with the brides' own "Flo Globe Award" presentation. Staff members Stephanie Bays won the award for "Best Smile" on the pink carpet and Wanda Guhbin for being fierce on the "Cat Walk". The afternoon was truly one to remember!
