Hi! My name is Sherri and I live in the town of acton, and as they say, it is worth the drive to acton. It's a small town known for The Olde Hide House, one of the best leather stores around.
I received my Level One and Two Dental Assisting Diploma in 1999 from George Brown College. After graduating, I worked in the field in Milton and Georgetown. In 2003, I went to the Canadian Academy of Dental Hygiene for my Dental Hygiene Diploma, and graduated in 2005. I continued to work in Milton, and have the opportunity to go back to school (yet again) to further my education and become a Restorative Hygienist, where I graduated from George Brown College with my Restorative Dental Hygiene Diploma in 2010.
Although new to the team, I bring a wealth of experience and education. I am fascinated by this industry, and I am always trying to gain new experiences, learn and grow within this field. My favourite part of the job is interacting with all of the interesting patients, as I am such a people person! I believe it's important to make sure that the patients are as comfortable as possible, and have an enjoyable experience.
When not at work, you can find me hiking a trail, driving my convertible, and spending time with friends and family. Also, I like curling up on the couch and watching tv with my kitty.
